The Horl style sharpener has the flexibility to meet individual sharpening needs with interchangeable grinding discs and magnetic angle support, 15° angle, solid blade, and 20° angle blade.
The sharpening system combines diamond coarse and ceramic fine discs to sharpen most hardnesses, including kitchen knives, hard or soft steel, stainless and rust resistant steel, and outdoor knives, with diamond being the most durable and effective abrasive.
