This Kanetsune KC-462 Santoku Fixed Blade features a Blue Steel “Zen-Bokashi” Damascus blade with Red Sandalwood handle.
This beautifully forged blade is made of Blue steel #2 High-Carbon steel cutting core, which provides excellent edge retention, HRC 61-62.
Damascus “Zen-Bokashi” finished blade with Japanese traditional D-shaped red sandal wood handle.
