The Petty 120mm knife is easy to use and extremely versatile.

Japanese knife style handle. The handle material is made of red plywood with a beautiful wood grain.

Single-layer stainless steel DSR-1K6 (all stainless steel) that resists cutting and rust. This knife has both a sharp edge and is easy to maintain.

Hammer polishing not only has a beautiful texture, but it also prevents food from sticking to the blade surface, which improves sharpness and allows for comfortable cutting with good separation.
