Taidea Glass knife sharpening stone (#15,000) (TP2017) is a high quality table top sharpener with an innovative design using tempered glass and a 15000 grit gradation. The perfect tool to keep your knives in top sharpness!
Construction
The base is tempered glass on which a layer of corundum, one of the hardest minerals in the world, has been applied. Thanks to this the sharpener wears out much slower than traditional water stones, does not require soaking (just moisten with water) and thanks to tempered glass base the corundum layer does not crack, even when it is very thin.
Thanks to its large width (70 mm) you can easily sharpen long blades such as kitchen knives, axes and shears. The large working area is also convenient for precision sharpening of smaller blades.
How to use
Place the stone on a flat, level surface. To finish the cutting edge, slide the blade across the stone (applying light pressure) several times, first one side, then the other. When sharpening the knife, make sure to keep the correct angle (15°-30°)
